A Collective Impact approach for YAA consists of addressing complex challenges faced by our network's youth by working together around a clearly defined common goal that is monitored by shared indicators.
The prioritization of long-term youth outcomes like career readiness, improved academic performance, reduced risky behaviours, and overall wellness in our SEL Impact Initiative has also led us into a few different pilot opportunities since spring 2020.
